Dani was raised in a suburb outside of Boston, Massachusetts. Cooking professionally for the past 20 years, she began her culinary career in Boston and Martha’s Vineyard, MA.
Her approach to healthy, seasonally inspired dishes focuses on local organic ingredients from responsible farmers and sustainable resources.
She has worked as a personal chef for families on Martha’s Vineyard, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Her clientele includes: Kauai visitors, professional athletes, the film and entertainment industry, and local Kauai residents. Her full-time residence is on the northshore of Kauai where Dani spends her down time surfing, kickboxing, hiking, biking & traveling.

Private Chef Hourly Rate: $75.00 per hour, $85.00 per hour for Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, NYE)
Chef’s Assistant Rate (parties of 5 or more): $35.00-$45.00 per hour based on menus/style of dinner service/holiday bookings
Food Cost is billed separately from Labor Cost.

Deposit & Payment Policy
Deposit and Signed Booking Contract required to reserve & guarantee requested dates. Acceptable forms of payment: Personal Check, Credit Cards-AMEX, VISA or MC with 4.0% Square One Fee, Venmo with 1% Venmo Fee, Bank Wire Transfer Fee $14.00

We understand some guests have special needs with regard to food allergens, and we are happy to make accommodations. In order for us to plan and craft meals as safely as possible, all food allergens, severity of reaction for each allergen, and need for third-party vendor manufacturing in allergen friendly facilities must be communicated in writing at the time of booking our services.
In addition, though we make every attempt to identify ingredients which may cause allergic reactions and practice safe food handling, there is always a risk of cross-contamination as dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts, soy, and other common allergens are used in our kitchen. We cannot, therefore, guarantee a total absence of reported allergens. We appreciate your understanding.
