Dani was raised in a suburb outside of Boston, Massachusetts. Self-taught and cooking professionally since the age of 17, she began her culinary career in Boston and Martha’s Vineyard, MA.
She has worked as a personal chef for families on Martha’s Vineyard, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Her clientele includes: Kauai visitors, professional athletes, the film and entertainment industry, and local Kauai residents. Her full-time residence is on the northshore of Kauai where Dani spends her down time surfing, hiking, biking & traveling.

Private Chef Hourly Rate: $75.00 per hour (See PRICING for Holiday Rate)
Chef’s Assistant Rate (parties of 6 or more): $35.00 per hour for non-cocktail dinners/$40 per hour for specialty cocktail dinners.
Food Cost is billed separately from labor cost.
*18% Auto Gratuity for Groups of 6 or more on labor only
Deposit & Payment Policy
Required to hold & guarantee booked dates. Must be received 2 weeks prior to event or dinner in order to guarantee booking. Less than 2 weeks, credit card deposit acceptable, Venmo, Square Cash, (AMEX, VISA or MC with 3.5% Square One Fee)
*A $250.00-$500.00 deposit is required for parties of 6 or less
*A $500.00-$1,000 deposit required for parties of 7 or more
*DEPOSIT AMOUNTS MAY VARY BASED ON NUMBER OF MEALS BOOKED
Your deposit will be applied/deducted from final invoice
